Consult + Research
If you aren’t sure that investing in design will move the needle for you – let’s investigate. Unless you’re in an untapped market with zero competition (bravo!), you need to stand out from other homes. Whether it be a particular amenity, overall aesthetic appeal or key ‘wow’ factors. There are usually very pinpointable reasons why certain properties outperform others – we will analyze to help advise on your best place to invest.
Project Management
If you need a hands-off approach, we can own the design from inspo-to-order sheet, or we can be the boots-on-the-ground & set up the whole sha’bang! In addition to design, this can mean vetting contractors, coordinating crews or sampling the cutest cafes in your area to curate your guidebook.

Hi! We’re Steph & Rachel
– two sisters who fight like sisters, but create magic when it comes to your home!
How it all started: Once when road tripping across Europe, we made it our mission to find the most unique vacation rentals that we could – and we did. From a Scandinavian houseboat on an Amsterdam canal, to an ancient stone cottage nestled in the Italian foothills, to the Hollywood party pad for a bachelorette + every family vacation – we became obsessed with experiences.
Fast forward a few years, and we discovered our passion for real estate, hospitality & design! We wanted to get our hands dirty from day one; from calling counties to research STR rules, to studying topography maps, to scrutinizing every home in our market. What we found was simple-Special matters. Unique makes a huge difference. Attention to detail takes work and that work pays off BIG TIME.
