Both of us come from demanding backgrounds in sales, leadership & coaching-then throw in a few large STR properties. WE GET IT. Our services remain tailorable to wherever you happen to be on your property journey. Sometimes getting started is the hardest part. Virtual Design
Exactly how it sounds. You are there, we are here. We chat via phone or email - figure out what you need + go from there. If you already intimately know your target guest + competition, or if you need us to dive deeper into your market first-we can do that. From there we make suggestions based upon your budget via vision boards with redesign options as a collaboration, or we simply provide a purchasing document with links!
On-site Design
Feel like you want a more hands-on collaborative approach? One of us will come walk your space, take measurements, and “feel” the vibe with you. Want us to design & order remotely, then come complete the installation & supervise any renovations? We can do that.
Everything
We’ll handle everything from design to install to stocking, all the way down to the toilet paper.

Doing a renovation? Need ideas and don’t know where to start? Overwhelmed by STR rules + algorithms + tile + sheets? Don’t know how to speak contractor language? We’ve got you. SERIOUSLY. Don’t know where to start? We charge an hourly flat rate to give you our undivided attention. We believe in the 5-star experience + care about our fellow hosts. This is a judgment-free zone! We can’t protect you from profanity or bad jokes, though. Enter at your own risk.
